The secret to law of attraction

In a nutshell, The Law of Attraction is the idea that what we attract into our life and what is going on in our life to a large degree is a direct result of the thoughts we think and the feelings we have.
In this post I am going to delve into the secret to the law of attraction to help you live in ways that are more fulfilling and enriching to you. I will also give you 2 simple but powerful daily actions you can take that will help you make this law work in your favour.

The Universe is made up of vibration and resonance

The first thing to consider when it comes to the Law Of Attraction is what the Universe is actually made up of and therefore what our bodies and brains are also made up of. The earth’s atmopshere itself vibrates at approximately 7,83Hz-otherwise known as the Schumann resonance. The Schumann resonance is basically the resonant frequency of the earths atmosphere between the surface and the densest part of the ionosphere. Studies at the Institute of Heartmath have shown that when we are feeling a state of flow and love and appreciation, our bodies electromagnetic field such as our heart and our brain fields also resonate at 7.83Hz and has profound effects on our nervous system, immune system and over all wellbeing. When we are feeling positive emotion, life tends to work out much better for us over all. We are more likely to do well in a job interview, make friends more easily, get along with family members, be more attractive generally speaking as well as achieve goals and aspirations that we desire. We are also more likely to feel good about ourselves and have high self-esteem. The problem is, most of the time we feel that something external to us is causing us to feel certain things and we feel we have little power to change how those things make us feel. But this is the center piece of the Law Of Attraction because, we don’t give ourselves enough credit that we have a powerful influence over how we feel. We may not be able to change what is happening to us externally or what another person is doing or not doing-but we CAN change our reaction to it. This is where our true power lies.

Feel Good First

So, in order to make the best use of the law of attraction to get the things that we want more of, the most important thing we need to be doing on a daily basis is consciously getting ourselves into the best feeling state we can be in, and we need to be intentional about it. We want to train our bodies to resonate more consistently at favourable frequencies because this is where the power of creation lies. Just like the earth which continually provides for us if we treat it with respect and nurture its delicate ecosystem, so too does our body and mind provide us with positive emotions if we tend to our immediate environment such as our thoughts, how we treat our body and how we organise our life. To be in a state of positive attraction of the things that you want in your life you need to be first creating a positive feeling BEFORE the thing you want shows up. Most of the time we operate from a state that we can only feel better WHEN something else happens. It’s the typical when/then scenario which keeps us locked in a state of dis-empowerment. For example, when I get a better job, then I can be happy. When I meet the right person, then I can be happy. When I make more money, then I can be happy. Of course we will naturally have ups and downs in our life, and that is part of the journey, but the main thing we need to be honest about is how we generally feel as a default. Do we generally feel happy or content or grateful or hopeful? Or do we usually live with a sense of gloom or fear that things are not going to work out. We will of course fluctuate between these opposite ways of being, but we want to be sure of where our typical settling down point is. Where are we on the scale after an exciting or challenging event has passed in our life? Our feelings reflect our general point of attraction and to be in the best feeling states we need to provide an environment for ourselves that gives the best possible chance of good feelings. This does not mean you go out and spend a bunch of money on new things to make yourself feel better. Any positive feelings you may have gained from buying material things won’t last very long. The key is to come from a place that is within you. There are many things you can do for this, but I will go into a few tips as to what I have learned and what has worked for me to be in the best feeling state that I can possibly be in.

TIP #1:Give yourself time in the morning

Give yourself time in the morning to do a centering exercise. A few examples might be doing a meditation, write in a journal, deep breathing, yoga, creative drawing, writing lists or just visualising and intending how you want to feel for the day. Everyone is different so -what ever it is that you feel relaxed doing and helps to bring yourself into the moment will be beneficial for you. Whatever it is, it needs to be something that leads you to feel more positive and hopeful than you otherwise would have if you didn’t do the activity. For me personally I like to start the day with a coffee and then meditation for 15-20 minutes. I focus on my breath and completely letting go all the muscles in my body and then add some kind of visualisation or intention exercise within the meditation. Other times I may just write in a journal or write lists of things I would like to do on the day to get focused, or I simply listen to something inspiring.

Tips #2: Exercise first thing

Do some exercise first thing in the morning. Choose a 20-minute exercise that suits your current level of fitness and commit to this most mornings of your week. 20 minutes is all it takes to kick start the endorphins in your body which are the pain relieving feel good hormones that the natural pharmacy of your body produces, so you start your day with positive momentum before you get on with other things. Be sure to choose an exercise that is in line with your current level of fitness, because if you choose something too hard, you are not likely to stick to it and therefore not make it a habit. Start slow and work up. Now I know these two things may sound really basic, but I can absolutely guarantee, that if you commit to doing these two things-even for half the amount of time I mentioned for 30 days, you will literally change your point of attraction to something that more closely resembles what you want more of in your life. This is purely because you have simply allowed yourself to come from a place of power and have been proactive rather than gone into a reactive state at the start of your day. Getting into a positive feeling state is the core basics of the secret to law of attraction, but most people are not even doing the basics. Remember, feeling positive leads to more positive action. As I like to say: If you sow a thought, you reap a feeling. If you sow a feeling, you reap and action, if you sow an action, you reap a habit, and if you sow a habit, you reap a destiny. So what habits are you currently reaping and sowing? Do you generally feel hopeful, grateful or inspired? Or do you generally feel gloomy, fearful and hesitant? And if so, are you willing to try out a new morning routine to shift your habitual way of feeling? Hello Liz and I would like to sorry you in advance that my mood is not good now.

Hmm…actually I have the question about the law of attraction… As I read your part about “feel good first”, you are saying that I should love myself more, and training the mind that we should stay on the positive side?

well, that is the missing part of my problem-> I would like to ask you more how I can love myself? when don’t I know what is my strength? what is the weakness? How I can stay positive where in my childhood, my parents don’t care about me. They are so busy making money.

In my mind now, the law of attraction can not work for me because I have been negative as a result of circumstances. I feel isolated. I feel a disconnect from the world to people, even with my family member.

Do you have a subscriber? I would like to work and discuss personally with you because I want to make a change. Those tips belong to you-> so can I talk with you or somehow communicate with you -> find the way that Law of Attraction will work on me as an individual?

Thank you in advance and I totally understand that you would see this as a spam.

Hi Gnekoda, thanks for stopping by. The missing piece of loving ourselves is the hard bit I feel. But, if we can do this, life becomes much easier. In my twenties I used to be confused when someone said to me’ You have to love yourself before anyone can love you.’ It made sense in my head, but the problem is I didn’t really know how to tell if I was loving myself or not. I didn’t know what it felt like or what I would be doing.

Basically, now I am in my 40’s, I feel I have a much better understanding of it. Loving ourselves looks like this: we eat good food because we know it is good to take care of ourselves. We exercise because we know it is worth to-that WE are worth it. We honour our commitments because we know that if we don’t, sooner or later life is going to feel pretty hard for us. We rest when we know we need to rest and we socialise when we feel we need to socialise. We respect our personal boundaries as well as respecting others. We are responsible with our money and we value our time. If someone is doing something that we feel uncomfortable about and it is directly impacting our happiness or is disrespecting us in some way, we say something about it to them, because we know that we deserve good treatment.

I also believe that loving ourselves feels like we are hopeful about our future, and that we feel we deserve a good future, at the same time as being able to appreciate our present. We look for things that are right in our life as opposed to focusing on what is wrong. There will always be something we can complain about or feel bad about, but it is our choice as to how long we are going spend thinking about those things.

Your past does not have to equal your future. If you had a less than ideal upbringing (as so many of us did), use this as a reason to make your future better. You have more power than you realise and if you could learn to use the power of you mind for positive change, the Law Of Attraction will start to work naturally for you.

Feel free to email me at liz@energymedicinekey.com and we can discuss further as to how I can help you. I am busy in a similar business as a Metabolic health/fitness coach I teach my clients to eat better nutrient and exercise regularly. Whatever physical activity the like as long they have about 1hour per day workout. I like the fact that you also focus on the positive mindset in the morning. Can be just started thinking about positive things for the day or with help from meditation or yoga. I think the most important part is having a positive mindset and the rest will follow! Whats your opinion about that?

Hey Tommy! yes I agree, positive mind set is crucial. The problem is, when people are feeling depressed or are in physical pain, it is really hard to feel positive. Therefore, that is where I feel the visualisation comes in handy. You don’t need to feel positive to create a visualisation. What I described in this post is what I feel must happen before being able to feel positive can even take place. Does that make sense? We need to gently coax ourselves into more positive mind sets which then help lead to positive actions.

    Hi there,
In the past couple of years I have been learning about yoga and meditation. I have even started a morning routine, much like you have described in your article. I get up and have a coffee, then I meditate for 10-20 mins and then I get ready for work with calming music playing at the same time. I can’t tell you have much it has helped me. I notice that the practice tends to keep me grounded throughout my work day. I am thinking I am going to add the element of exercise to my routine as well. I will need to get up an extra few minutes earlier but I know it will be worth it.
Sometimes when I arrive home from work I like to meditate as well. I find it helps me transition from my busy day to my evening at home.
Thanks for your article. I look forward to hearing more from you.

Hey Angela! I think what you have implemented in your life is very profound and will have long lasting benefits for you. Why are we not taught this kind of stuff in school? It seems elemental to living a good life and feeling like we have more control of our destiny, not to mention the benefits on our brain function.

Once you add exercise, I think you will find your morning routine will have double the impact on the rest of your day and therefore the rest of your life if you keep it up. I have not yet settled on which order to do things-meditate first or exercise first? I change it up, but I guess if I had to choose one thing to do in the morning it would be exercise and then meditation at night if I feel it all takes a little too much time. But ideally meditation twice a day is the way to go-I am working towards that kind of consistency! Hope to hear about your experience when you add exercise into the mix.  Here is a gentle exercise you could add in to get your started which does not require exercise clothing, but will lead you to feel more awake and free in your body:

Awesome post! I find that not enough people do these 2 simple things to start off their day right. Also, they don’t understand the law of attraction and how powerful it is in day to day life.

I actually recently found this out myself and have been putting more of an effort to really put it to practice.

This really helps me raise my efforts and I hope others see the value in it too, as it’s very empowering!

I enjoyed the video and being able to read along with it. The visualizations and sound really help. What video editing software did you use?

Hey Tobin! Yes it is funny-very basic information that many of us easily forget about and make life more complicated than it actually needs to be!

At the moment I am just using iMovie editing software. I have an old mac so hoping to upgrade some time in the near future or at least get some more hard drive space to be able to play around with more sophisticated stuff. 🙂

I loved this post! This is actually what I have been trying to live by this year. There are times when I feel down and depressed. These are the times when bad things start happening. I believe that whatever we feed our minds is what will eventually happen to us, God willing:) Thank you for this inspirational post!
    Blessings:)
