    I believe in the power of exercise and why should we have that before attempting to meditate but my problem is, I really don’t have enough time for all the things I want to do. Another thing is, I don’t have a place here to do brisk walking as we are in a busy urban place. What I usually do for replacement is, climb the stairs to the second floor of our house and down, climbing up and down 20x. Will that be okay as a form of morning exercise?

      Sure would! Yep I hired a treadmill because I am home with a 5 year old, plus the winter mornings are brutal here in Melbourne Australia. Treadmills allow for a walk anytime. But the stairs will be great too!
